If this happens in both Firefox and Adobe Reader, it's gotta be because of one of the pieces of software that I installed yesterday afternoon. I checked the registry on both my account and the Administrator account. Sometime yesterday afternoon while reinstalling all the software, I lost the key combo on only my account again. Interestingly, until yesterday afternoon, the key combos worked in both my account and the Administrator account. I had to reformat my computer and reinstall all software a couple of days ago due to another problem. When I login as Administrator, I do not have the problem. The key combination does not work in either Firefox or Adobe Reader when I'm logged in as myself (with Admin privileges).
